For reflecting about Latin America we consider the geopolitical space and cultural context comprised by The Caribean, Mexico and Central America, and also South America and Brazil. Even though one need not to be proficient in the Spanish and in the Portuguese languages one would certainly benefit from it. We will mainly approach our topic in English.
