Over mijn boekenThe primary purpose of my library is to stop buying more than one of each title.

Entries with a "qqZqq" tag are not actual books. They may be maps or titles included in a collection. Grafton's A, B and C are combined in one book. DEF, GHI, and JKL the same. 4 books but 12 titles.

No hard-cover book of mine is given more than 3 stars on first reading. It MAY be adjusted up or down on following readings. Paperback books are rated on first reading as they may be given away. Titles with 1/2 star are actually rated as 0. The half star is only an indicator that it was rated.

Books with an "X" tag have been given away.

Titles with a "qqYqq" have been read but are digital and not in the library.

Reader's Digest book collections are given a star for each entry I read. They do not indicate good or bad. It would not be fair to the author to rate the story. I view them as a long book review and an introduction to a new author.

Hello. I am a Honore Willsie Morrow fan and I see a title you have that I can find only one other place. Child Pioneer. The only place see it listed is in a book that includes short stories at this web page: http://mosdospress.com/7th_grade_jade_toc.php

I know that the author wrote for magazines early in her career. Is that the form that you have this story? Is it part of an anthology? Can you tell me the year of publication of ''Child Pioneer?''
Hi flabuckeye!

Thanks for taking the trouble and letting me know. I am missing only 4 sources and can always reenter the books and get them back. But --- I was watching them disappear for a lot of other users and for a while no one seemed to care! I really think LT is great - but maybe they are simply trying to do to much with all the new enhancements!

I am thinking about proposing to TIM a heavy users club that would voluntarily send him $100 a year. What do you think about such a proposal. They could use the money to hire one BUG FIXER FULL TIME. The number of users keeps going up, but those actually on-line doesn't increase that much. I am wondering how many are under 200 books and paying nothing and how many like me - who use LT a lot and paid only 50$ (I sent double the amount asked, I felt 25$ was too cheap)two years ago.

I sit here in Europe where everything like this service costs a lot more.
Anyway, thanks for the report back - unfortunately we don't share many books!
I am kind of planning a trip to FLorida this late Spring, maybe we can join up for dinner!
(Next month off on a expedition to NAGALAND in Northeast India, August to obscure monasteries in TIBET, I need one vacation with hot running water, good food and a nice rent-a-car.

And if you are ever in Vienna, I will show you the museums!

greetings from Vienna with lots of snow! JOHN
