- Over mijn bibliotheek
- My library consists of books I have read that I didn't want to part with. There are a very few in this list that I haven't read yet. There are many books that I have parted with that wish I had back, and I can't guess how many more I have read but don't own. Those in my library that I haven't read are there because I think I SHOULD read them, or more often because I don't want to read them but I want to support the author: ex. Shake Hands with the Devil by
Romeo Dallaire who deserves all the support we can give him but I cannot bring myself to read that book.
I tag Michael Whelan covers because I long ago discovered that I certainly do buy books by their covers, and Michael Whelan was a big part of the reason. I hope he got paid well. I didn't know I was doing that until I saw a book of his covers at the library and I realized I had read a lot of those books. - Woonplaats
