My book "Fighting my inner devils" is about my personal experiences and struggles with mental illness. How I fought with them and how writing keeps my devils at bay. I took baby steps to develop new interests, taught mimd to indulge in them so the depressive thaughts can be kept at bay. How my children and bestie stood with me in my darkest hours. What the depression taught me about myself and how I used this knowladge to strengthen myself. How I realised what I wanted to be. How forgiving others is benifical for ourselves.
