What does all that bilge have to do with the fact the election is over, Biden won, tRUMP lost, and Biden will be sworn in at 12 noon on Jan. 20, 2021?
Your posts are white noise now. They put people to sleep. You are like the Sandman. But it's one of my favorite songs, though. (It's head-banger music - and you, Earth1, make me want to bang my head on the wall - another coincidence, haha.)

Reminds me of something I read years ago about one of Britain's best-selling tabloid newspapers (either the Sun or the Mirror, I think), that it was aimed at people with a reading age of 12.

I wish I (still?) had your energy, Earthling1. I'd lie if I said I read all, or even most, of what you post, but from what I see you're literate and don't delete other people contributions to the site, so you have much more your place here than the rabble who goes after you.

Literacy is one issue. Psychological unwellness is another issue. These things are not necessarily mutually exclusive, by any means.

Speaking of psychological "unwellness." Can you guess the name of the psycho who spouted this string of lies on Fox TV?
“They send millions and millions and millions of mail-in ballots,” Trump opined. “I’m sure you know people that got two, three, four — because I do. They got four ballots. They got one at a country home. Dead people were seeing ballots. But even worse, dead people were applying to get a ballot. They were making applications to get ballots. Many. And we’re not talking about 10 people, we’re talking — there are a lot of dead people that so-called voted this election.HINT: Maria Bartoromo is "actually very brave" for not fact-checking the lying a$$hat in his first interview since losing the election? How psycho does one have to be before unwellness hampered Deluded Deplorables acknowledge that their Cult Leader is a crazy LOSERtic?
“This is total fraud, and how the FBI and Department of Justice — I don’t know, maybe they’re involved. But how people are allowed to get away with this stuff is unbelievable. This election was rigged. This election was a total fraud.
“We go to judges and people don’t want to get involved. The media doesn’t even want to cover it. I mean, you’re doing something. You’re actually very brave.”

>9 Limelite: The media doesn’t even want to cover it.
This is a common part of the right wing conspiracy narrative peddled by Trump and a handful of posters here. In fact the media is providing huge coverage of his claims of voter fraud. Unfortunately for him they are also doing their job and investigating these claims, and mainstream media and even Fox News which is broadly sympathetic to him are reporting that there is no evidence for his claims and that judges (even Republican judges) are tossing them out of court. The media are covering his fake news, but they are also checking, interrogating and challenging it as fake news.

Exactly. Delusional Trump claims the media isn't covering his lies. They are. They're covering the lies with fact-checking dismissals of them. Because Trump doesn't like his face rubbed in the truth, he creates a lie that he likes better and sells it to his gullible supporters who believe that the truth doesn't reveal itself in the media and in the courts where only facts and evidence are given the time of day.
Don-Boy doesn't like the fact that in a matter of weeks he'll just be another angry old white guy who nobody will pay attention to except certifiable Twitteridiots as his only audience. He and they are going to spend a lot of the rest of their lives being miserable.

All those right wing federalist society court appointees pushed through by Trump and McConnell and they can hardly find a single one willing to throw his career away to push through their unsupported by any evidence cases. These people simply don't want to be disbarred as a favor to an incompetent fool like Rudy Giuliani.

I'm not reading any of this clearly tedius thread. But I will say this: LibraryThing is very tolerant of nonsense. I believe that conspiracy theories are generally best defeated by talk. (See https://www.librarything.com/topic/326067.)
But my patience does not extend to conversational jamming. If members continue to create multiple duplicative threads retailing conspiracy theories about the election, I shall institute a rule limiting new topics posted per day. We get it, and can, if interested, follow updates on the numerous existing topics.

Don't start multiple, duplicate threads, effectively taking over a group with your repetitious nonsense. Just don't. You have already created a lot of threads. Use those. Or I will suspend you.

BTW, I'd be glad to bet any amount you like, so long as it's over $1,000. Any less is a waste of my time. Or just go to PredictIt and put your money up. You can get 10x1 odds on it. People like you are why people like me make money there.

Just saying that I think it may be a factor of when one logs on. It would take a bit more digging to identify which threads, and in what time frame, were created by whom. I think another issue may be the topics, which can indeed be repetitive here.

29 of the last 40 topics in Pro and Con were started by one user.
Of the last 20, 17 were started by that user. Of the last 10, all but one.
It would be fine if they were on different topics. But they're all on the same topic, and indeed mostly the same format--"look, here's some more bullshit I copied from some fringe website." It's propaganda-spreading, not conversation. It is, as I called it, conversational jamming.
