The original Forbidden Planet shop. Remembered with much fondness by aficionados of pulp fiction. This incredibly popular, and often overcrowded, little shop became a victim to its own success when in 1990 it re-absorbed it's satellite cinema and television shop FP2 and metamorphosed into a soulless Megastore on New Oxford Street.
