When a mysterious man on a Harley, arrives at the Black Horse Campground in the middle of the night, the owner of the campground, Corrie Black isn’t sure if she trusts him. Then when one of her long-time RV’rs ends up murdered in her campground, on the day of the towns motorcycle rally—the stranger is on the top of her suspect list. The towns’ sheriff Rick, her childhood crush, doesn’t trust him either and lets both of them know. The stranger is JD Wilder, a man with secrets, ones that the Sheriff wants to find out about. While Rick investigates JD, Corrie isn’t content to sit around and let Rick do all the investigating, unfortunately the closer she gets to the truth, the more danger she puts herself in. 4 stars for an entertaining murder mystery with good plot twists, not too heavy, and a fast paced ending. Amy Bennett is a new author with lots of talent, and End of the Road is the perfect beginning for her mystery series. ( )
