(That's very much a me thing though.) More to the point, I couldn't get into the discussion of various types of guns and weaponry. I get that it males sense for the plot, but I zoned out once bullets or caliber were on the page. Still, I did enjoy the overall plot and I'm intrigued enough to seek out the next book in the series. After all, I've yet to meet a book by Ilona Andrews that I didn't enjoy at least a bit! I received this book in a Goodreads Giveaway but it is my own unbiased review. I really loved this trilogy the second time around. Ilona Andrews is definitely one of my favorite authors.

I liked a lot of this book, but the writing didn't always click with me. I like the characters and the story though, so I might continue the series. (
