Nikki and David Goldbeck have been publishing books on health and nutrition since 1972, including The Supermarket Handbook, American Wholefoods Cuisine, and The Goldbeck's Guide to Good Food (all available in Plume paperback). Nikki is a practicing nutritionist and food educator who, since 1984, has held workshops for those struggling with illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and obesity. Nikki and David Goldbeck have been writing about consumer issues, health, and nutrition since 1972.
