The BIG Snowball is about a boy who makes a snowball and it gets carried away by the wind and ends up landing in an ice cream cone that the boy eats as a treat!

The story has flash cards with the book. The words are on one side and pictures of the words on the other side. The story does not spell out these words, rather it uses the picture instead, so that the child only sees the word on the flashcard. I guess it could be engaging to a beginning reader, but I found it distracting. ( )

This is the story of a little boy who is making a snowball and he throws it and the wind takes it on a journey over peoples heads, through traffic and right into a store.
