Essay that exposes the functioning of the Mexican Justice System, emanated from the Constitution of 1917, that continues to this day, to account for the strengths and weaknesses of our legal system. The author uses the method, named by him, Douglas-Hume to identify the appropriate way to evaluate its operation within the coordination between the logical and practical principles of the Justice System. The book is divided into four sections, in which ideas are systematically developed around the most appropriate method to analyze the Justice System, and the logical and practical conditions established in it. In summary, Cosso presents a critical analysis of the functioning of the Mexican Justice System, its modalities, its instrumental features and its institutional forms, to expose the main strengths and weaknesses of the national positive order in its 100 years of existence.
