If you're a fan of David Sedaris or Laurie Notaro, then this is the book for you. Hilariously heartwarming mini-essays/stories about our gloriously flawed humanity. Peggy Rowe published her first book at the AGE OF EIGHTY! This is her 3rd book (she's now 84), and I hope not her last. I laughed in some places so hard I almost wet my pants. What a FABULOUS book to end the year with! Keep writing, Peggy! I want more! š My wife bought this (signed!) book for my mom for Christmas. As a huge Mike Rowe fan, I felt it was my responsibility to read it... It's cute with some fun stories although at 52, I'm glad there are quite of few of those stories I can't yet relate to considering Mrs. Rowe (and her husband John) is in her mid-80s. Still, there were several times I chuckled out loud so it was well worth the read. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
