This book is an open format adventure module for use in whatever TTRPG system you may choose to use.. The formatting is easy to read and the map images are colorful and crisp. I found the open format unusual. To achieve this open format, the book omits specific monster stats for the encounters. Doing so allows the book to be used in more game systems, but it does mean the Game Master will have to have the experience necessary to spend additional effort preparing the adventure. This may be more challenging for someone new to being a Game Master and deter them from using the book. The author kindly makes all of the maps in the book available for digital download, which is a great benefit to those interested in using the material in modern online play services.

5 stars This is a great role-playing game, easy to play and a lot of fun. The details make it more enjoyable. Highly recommend it. I was gifted a complimentary copy, for which I am quite thankful. I was not required to leave a review.

This seems like a great game! A friend and I have just gotten into RPG games and we have setup a time to dig into this one fully. We are glad to hear that it fits into different kinds of systems and very much look forward to playing it all the way through. ( )

A fantastic book that can be integrated into an ongoing campaign or used as a one-shot. I appreciate the detail the authors put into this book: there is a comprehensive grid map with a two page spread for every room in the map. There are also suggestions for the DM on how to handle various interactions. It also isn't confined to one system, so you can use it no matter what system you play. Overall, a great module that I am really looking forward to playing through! ( )

Oh my goodness this module is fantastic! I play a lot of dnd and i found the play through of Assault on the spider necromancers lair to be one of the best modules, even better than a lot of the wizard of the coast modules which really says something about this creator. From the very start of the module, you are given full descriptions, maps, npcs and everything you need to run a successful multishot. I loved that it had wiggle room to add my own worlds lore but if i was new to rpgs it had everything i needed. overall, i will be watching for the next module from Christian Blake because man was this one good!
