Onderdeel van de reeks(en)Mack Bolan: The Executioner (Book 366)
When six U.S. naval officers disappear inexplicably while on leave in Honolulu, Mack Bolan is suspicious. Then an informant emerges from the Hawaiian underground with claims that a nationalist group has escalated its home-rule rhetoric to militant action. He claims Pele's Fire is planning a devastating terrorist attack somewhere on the islands. There aren't any obvious links between the two events, but Bolan spots a potentially deadly chain. The masterminds of terror are desperate to eradicate any possibility the traitor who has cooled to their cause will keep them from executing their shocking plan. It's up to Bolan to protect the informant and stop the attack--making the Executioner both hunter and prey. Geen bibliotheekbeschrijvingen gevonden. |

This book was full of action and suspense, every chapter left me at a cliff hanger. I cannot relate to these characters because all of them were much older than me but I still felt as if I was in the book. The beginning of the book was somewhat slow as are all books but after the action started there was no stopping. I couldn’t put the book down, toward the end I was staying up late hours reading away.
Another reason that I liked this book is because it was so detailed. When there is a book with thorough details you can understand it more and become more familiar with the characters. During all of the action scenes you could picture it in your mind making the book its self much better. One example is in the begging of the book in the first action scene when there was loads of shooting and hectic yelling from the two groups. This scene was so detailed I felt like I was watching it on T.V.
Lastly I liked this book because it was fiction. This book was very plausible and could happen very easily. This makes me enjoy the book more instead of knowing throughout the entire book that this couldn’t really happen.
I highly recommend this book to anyone that likes action packed and fast moving books. This book we be great for all of my surrounding classmates, and if you do end up enjoying this book there are about 70 common novels by the author so you will surely have you hands full.
