This book was filled with information about different animals. I like how the author first described what an animal is and explained that there are two main groups. The book is divided into sections and includes an index in the back of the book, making it easy for readers to find the pieces of information they may be looking for or most interested in. The book goes in detail about what animals are, how they think and communicate, how they move, how they see, hear, smell, taste, feel, and much more. There is also a glossary in the back of the book for young readers to understand the terms used in the book. This book would be great for students to use for a research project or report on animals.
