Well written exposition of an Ireland rebuilt on co-operative principles, agricultural, industrial, and consumer. Understands the exploited situation of the working class. Does not tackle the plausibility of being able to build a co-operative society against hostile forces. Harks back to a Gaelic society which was not as egalitarian as he imagines (basing himself on then current historiography), and calls for non-sectarian approach without dealing with unionist convictions of Protestants. Imagines that rural society can be as intellectual as urban.… (meer)

A brief and genuine take on visions by an Irish poet. Both Dion Fortune and Israel Regardie having referred to this title, I looked it up and was not let down.
