It is not a typical book like many others regarding innovation. It describes something "before" Innovation: Vision, Teamspirit, Creativity.
John Adair tells us something about the deep smart character of an innovator - not only his or her skills, but also the thoughts which such people think.
The title itself hits the point: Leadership F O R Innovation. A prerequisite for effective innovation.
