It's not a diet fad or how to lose weight or exercise book. It's a how to mindfully eat. To be aware of what we eat without being strict about it. Many people just eat to eat without being aware of what they put into their bodies. Some people are overtly aware. This books gives the reader questions to ask themselves about their eating habits, wanting the reader to also talk with their doctors about certain factors such as low vitamin D or other health conditions.
While reading this book I started to ask myself the same questions and it has helped me to be more aware of what I am eating along with giving suggestions on what to eat when craving a certain food or drink instead of eating that specific food.… (meer)
