The author goes over the many reasons people are stuck and/or haven't reached their goals. And then gives you the tools to move forward in your life. Make no mistake... This is a fantastic book. It is incredibly inspiring and eye-opening. I love how he points out that only you can control you. Frustrated with other people's actions? Well, drop your expectations of them and start focusing on yourself! He brings a laser focus to his material that I found very useful. So many times you find self-help authors that like to hear themselves talk but not him. You can sense how much he cares for the reader, his excitement on sharing his experiences, what he has learned, and wanting to bring this to the world to make other lives better. That is a rarity. This book is a wealth of information that I will tap into over and over again.

The only "cons" of the book?
1. He touches on things like a person's energy level. And suggests to change their diet, meditate more, and exercise more. This is fantastic! Just remember that if this doesn't work, life is complicated. Your energy could be depleted due to unknown health issues. However, one book cannot fix your entire life. And he isn't your doctor. His advice is sound and if his advice isn't working, hopefully your own common sense will tell you to make an appointment with your doctor.
2. The book could have used a bit more of editing. However, don't let that put you off from giving this book a chance. Why? I'm very picky and most people wouldn't notice. The book still flows well.
