The recipes seemed solid enough, however, they used lots of soy and gluten, which I cannot have on my current diet. Oddly, they also suggested mock duck, which I have never heard of.

Has good recipes for basic gluten-free pastas and lots of interesting recipes to make with homemade or store-bought pasta. Definitely had more than your typical pasta arrabiata/carbonara/puttanesca/etc.
