Paul R. Bartrop, PhD, is an award-winning Holocaust and genocides scholar. He is Professor Emeritus of History, and former Director of the Center for Holocaust and Genocide Research at Florida Gulf Coast University, Fort Myers, FL. He has taught at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, Virginia Commonwealth University, Deakin University, the University of South Australia, and Monash University.
