This book is now a permanent part of my nightstand collection. As a librarianista who strives to be a hot mademoiselle, I appreciate the advice on becoming gorgeous while having a life. I especially like the "diet" part because I like to balance between healthy food and quality treats, especially chocolate! I am not a big fan of faddish diets - Atkins, South Beach, Skinny B****.
