It is very important to be safe and always be careful. Carrie Careless (Zoom Boom series) is smart but doesn't pay attention. She never looks when crossing the street. Zoom Boom had to come to her rescue to save her from a speeding pickup truck that was passing the school bus while she was walking in front of it. She could have been seriously hurt. And Zoom Boom has these words of wisdom for all kids, "Never go out into the street if you drop something or it rolls away from you.."

Carrie careless didn't hold the hand rail going down the stairs at school, and she tripped. Zoom Boom once again came to her rescue. I fell down my basement stairs when I had a basket of laundry and did not hold on the the railing, as well. Don't do unsafe things that others tell you to do, either. You could get hurt. This is what I love about the Zoom Boom books. They teach kids to be safe, and the illustrations are every bit as good as the words.

This is about two crows from the Zoom Boom series, who could not be more different from each other. It is about doing chores around the house. First you have "Dirty Bird". He takes good care of himself by grooming every day. He likes to be organized and have a clean house. He knows where everything is so he can find what he needs. He cleans his house, also. Then you have "Charm", who is very untidy and doesn't even groom herself well. She is a total mess. She doesn't clean house, and she can't find anything if she wants to. She doesn't want to do anything.Dirty Bird and Charm are complete opposites."But being different doesn't mean that you can't be friends".

trouble". The animals always listen to him. Zoom Boom always tells them the right things to do. Why is his name "Zoom Boom"? Well, I will leave that up to you to find out in this incredible story of safety and friendship.

This book is awesome! Children will love that all of the animals have names and personalities; even the crows! This book teaches kids to stay out of trouble, to recycle to save the earth, be kind to everyone, and to be a friend to everyone you know. The illustrations are great, as well!
