A young man gets caught up in a family feud.

Pretty dull. There are some nice stunts near the end, but that's about it.

A Southern train engineer during the Civil War.

The IMDb says there are a number of 75-minute versions with original music. So it's pretty unforgivable that Netflix has a budget video with an arbitrary public domain music track that nearly renders the movie unwatchable. (After being unimpressed with the movie, I watched a minute or two of it with the sound off and was amazed at how much better it was.)

A shoe salesman pretends to be a wealthy businessman.

By far the worst Harold Lloyd movie I've seen (and I've seen most of them). 70% of the movie is badly-written farce, which is painful to watch. The physical comedy diversions might have been good, but the cringe-inducing plot doesn't allow Harold to get any sympathy. No sympathy for the comic = no comedy. And it's hurt badly by the silence you usually get in early talkies. A score might have made it watchable.
