BUZZCOCKS
BBC RADIO 1 JOHN PEEL SESSION
BROADCAST 5th JUNE 2003

fm>hard drive>cdr>cd wave>flacfrontend(8)>torrent

1 DRIVING YOU INSANE
2 CERTAIN MOVE
3 LESTER SANDS
4 PEEL TALK
5 JERK

Possibly Buzzcocks sounding at their best for many a year, In this recording i've left in Peels ramblings between tracks, maybe not to everyones taste but for me personally it sums up what a Peel session was all about, and plus It's comforting to hear Uncle Johns voice coming through the speakers again.

What Do You Know 7. Autonomy FM > Cassette > HDD > CDR > EAC > CDWave > FLAC 6, Verify, AoSB Notes An FM recording from over 25 years ago. I donít think this is in wide circulation. As far as I know these were the only tracks broadcast and so not a complete set. If anybody knows any better speak up. This was the first time some of the songs were played in public. Pete dedicates Strange Thing to Ian Curtis who sadly had only just passed away (RIP). The sound is ok if a little tinny probably a B/B+ some noise reduction has been used to remove hiss Thanks goes to a mate of mine, Harry The Bastard, the original taper who gave me the tape some years ago.… (meer)
