Short punchy polemic. Makes me want to read Andrea Dworkin.

There are dozens of thorough and substantive reviews so I’m not going to trouble myself to write another. I’ll just say that if feminism were the narrow-minded, inconsistent, hypocritical straw feminist set of beliefs Crispin describes, I wouldn’t be a feminist either. Feminism is a movement to end sexism, sexist exploitation, and oppression. If it’s not intersectional it’s not feminism.

But I see the subtitle for this book calls it a manifesto, so it may be too much to ask for a solution. I suspect the issue is too big and complex for a neat solution anyway.… (meer)
