First and foremost I have to say I’m sorry you aren’t going to understand it till you read the book but I have to do it!
“SARDING”
Now that I got that out of the way! I’m not really all that big on the reverse harem thing but putting that aside it was a pretty good book! I liked that the author didn’t use the typical thing you expect to see in characters and world building! There's a lot in here that I haven't seen in any other books so that always stands out for me! Like the whole magic system! For each person it costs them something to use their magic and each cost is different for each person! That was really interesting! I’m looking forward to the next book. I wonder what else I will be able to find of the magic! If you like magic, dragons and hot guys you're in for a treat!

My latest reading obsession is reverse harem stories. I like the storyline and the characters. A mixture of fantasy and romance just on a "hotter" level. This is my first introduction to author, Ann Denton. However, it will not be my last and in fact, I am happy to see the other books are out so that I can continue this series.
Bloss is not a damsel in distress. No, she would rather be up front leading the fight than in the back wearing a dress. Luckily, she has four men who are by her side...Declan, Ryan, Quinn, and Connor. Each man has their own personality. Declan is more intellectual. Ryan is the brawn. Quinn is the playful one. This book starts with Alisha and her group going out looking for supplies and end up fighting monsters. They live in a dystopian world where monster have taken over and you either fight them, be taken by them and turned into a slave or some humans have become “fang bangers”. Alaina is a fighter and sassy, I love her.
