Bought solely for the handwritten dedication of a previous owner. `For some reason, I find myself the proud owner of two copies of this seminal work. I have great pleaasure in presenting you with this (the inferior of the two copies) as a small token of the esteem in which I hold the state of the book's author and all those who fall in to the subject category.' The subject of the book gassed himself.
