3.5 rounded up to 4 stars. I enjoyed this- circus, road trip and class difference tropes. A fair amount of steam. I didn't form much of an attachment to most of the colorful side characters, usually circus folk in stories are interesting and unique if not actually endearing, but I didn't get a great feel for most of them. It felt like a little bit of a missed opportunity, but it could just be me. One of the MMCs spent (in my opinion) a little too much of the story trying to keep the other at a distance, but overall I liked them both.… (meer)
