This easy to read book offers some pretty good insight about dealing with other people face-to-face, such as reading their body language and understanding how they communicate by listening to the words they use. On the other hand, the section about presentation skills falls far short of what you will learn from reading Dale Carnegie. It perpetuates the myth that if you aren't nervous you aren't prepared and provides some less than stellar, mostly superficial advice.
