This book hooked me from the start with so much emotions. My heart broke and i may have shed a tear or two for Bella and Hunter. They had an epic love story being high school sweethearts and their future together planned out but one event changed it all. Bella pushes Hunter away with no real reason not only shattering her heart but his as well now years later she is ready to live her life again, but has too much time passed her by? Hunter has never stopped loving his Bella but she has pushed him away for years and he has tried to move on yet no one ever compares to her. Will Bella finally open up to Hunter so they move on with there lives either together or separately? Can they find the love they once had or will it all fall apart again? My heart hurt for all the pain they both have endured but especially for Bella because she held onto that pain for ten years so you know she not only was hurting, heartbroken, but miserable to see Hunter try to move on. As their past comes out they begin to find out if their love is strong enough to build a future on. This story was so emotional with second chance at love while finding strength overcoming the pain and moving forward with life. This was the first time I’ve read this author and I am smitten with this group of friends and wouldn’t hesitate to read more.… (meer)

Great way to end this series of interconnected standalones. I enjoy the second chance at love and the lesson of listening to your heart. This book was a little bittersweet.
There were a few areas I wish had been expanded on or fleshed out (like the father) but still a good book.

Great introduction to this author. I have to be honest, the covers made me think they were going to be chick-lit, but I went in anyway because the blurb drew me in. I'm glad I gave it a shot because there was a great story, characters, and some spice.
Great secondary characters that I hope get stories. I learned my lesson, don't judge a book by it's cover.
