The first thing I need to mention is that I have been studying astrology since I was a teenager. I have often used it to cast charts for others, and to try and follow my own. The second thing I need to say is that even astrology, while guiding us easily, isn't going to tell you that you must take a certain path or your life will be less than it should be. We can all find our joy if we just seek it. Astrology is meant to guide you, not rule you. Remember that.

Now as far as guides go, this astrology book is very good. It gives you information of the trilogy it mentions: sun, moon, and rising sign. Taken together, you can get a good idea of what your personality is; even if we think we know ourselves, it doesn't hurt to learn more.

The book does not give you instructions on how to cast your chart, but it does give you places on the internet where you can do this, so this is a big plus. Once you've discovered your chart, you can find the information needed to use this book. The authors have done a good job of describing the different signs, and what each one means in relation to the chart. So, in the end, I think that this book is worth a look, and perhaps adding it to your collection. Recommended.… (meer)
