Not bad. Took a while to get going but after it started this tale of a Dublin lying alongside the Dublin that is, called Three Castles, a magical place with three queens who rule but one of them has disrupted the flow of things and the city is dying.
Full of beings and twists and turns this is possibly a good start to a series, it does stand alone but there are implications of consequences for the characters that might prove interesting later in the series. It didn't quite grab me at first but once I got past about a third of the way it moved swifty along. The author shows promise and I would like to read more by them.… (meer)
