I love dumb jokes and Muppets, so I'm happy enough to watch this movie. But the story is bad, the music is bad, the acting is bad... It was made well after Sesame Street's prime, and features almost nothing of what made the show great.

That's a Very Long 80 Minutes. It's too poorly developed for adults, and too heavy and serious for kids. Reading some trivia about it gives me the impression that the target audience was What Nostalgic Boomers Wanted Their Kids To Like - a movie made for merchandise and ticket sales, not to entertain its audience.
