Charlotte Gunnufson

Charlotte loves writing, dancing, and Halloween. Voilà! A book about a dancing skeleton. Halloween Hustle is Charlotte's first picture book. Her writing has appeared in Highlights, Highlights High Five and Hello, Cricket, Ladybug, Jack & Jill, Humpty Dumpty, and Turtle magazines. 

Charlotte characters are quirky, kind, funny, and flawed. She writes lots of poems and stories and is working on a middle grade novel for ages 8-12. Not surprisingly, she has a very messy desk.

She lives with her family in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and enjoys board games, charades, puzzles of all kinds, and reading--especially reading to children. She teaches Zumba Fitness classes and brings her get-up-and-go energy to her author events.
