I love this book because it is like intro to gardening. It features information about how and when to grow plants. It also has numerous seasonal diy projects. Kids can use this book ( with adult supervision for some projects) to create their own quirky plant collection.
I really loved this book and all of the information provided. I could use this book all year in home and in my science class. The books teaches different and creative ways to grow plants that will get children very excited about growing their own garden or plants. It also gives interesting information about the different plants in the book.
This was a cute book for showing kids how to plant various plants for different seasons. The book used great illustrations and was friendly in that many of the projects could be started by using basic household materials or could be made more fun by using extra arts and crafts material. The instructions are kid friendly and separated into sections to avoid confusion. Information about the various plants being grown is given to enhance the knowledge of students' while they are growing these plants.… (meer)
