I'll tell you how the "Getting Around" section of this book is organized: Plane, then bike, then boat. And like, once you get to boat, the minimum I expect from a Greek Islands guide is, not to give me ferry schedules and prices because that is way hard, but at least to give me accurate generalities and tell me where to get up-to-date information. This book isn't completely useless, but it doesn't really do that. (PS don't rely on the map).
