I found "Rental Property Investing Quickstart Guide" a very informative book. I would prefer a paper version but the digital version works fine on my Kindle. The book seems to cover all aspects of real estate investing from single family homes, townhouses, condo's, apartments, vacation properties... I'm sure a lot of the information covered is most likely used in most real estate transactions. I'm using this book to learn as much as I can before jumping in with both feet, but would like to aquire a 4plex in the coming year.… (meer)

This rental property investment guide is well-written and elegant in its simplicity and completeness. It covers all aspects of the process offering different viewpoints and suggestions depending on the investors familiarity and prior experience. Although the practice of buying and renting real estate is nothing new, the book provides thought-provoking viewpoints related to our specific economic times; where we may be in the real estate economic cycle and the impact of the COVID pandemic to real estate investing. This is an easy-to-read guide which will serve well as a reference book in the future.… (meer)
