Wow. I am absolutely in love with Jonah and Mitch. They were best friends and lovers who got separated by life, and found each other again 10 years later. There are still a bunch of obstacles in their way (long distance, homophobic father), but one thing that has never changed is their love for the other. They were so sweet together, and I was rooting for them to find their HEA. My heart broke a number of times for them as they tried to come to terms with how much time they had left together. I may have shed a few tears. I loved Jonah's Pop, too. He was a great support.

I'm voluntarily reviewing a free advance reader copy I received from the author.


I really enjoyed the character of Adam, and I loved seeing him find his own way out from under his father's thumb. Jase was described as someone who was a jerk, but that didn't really ring true underneath it all. Jase was so worried about his sister and almost worked to make Adam's life miserable, but he tends to tell things like it is. He had a hard time lying to Adam, especially after he began to like Adam as a friend. The full on switch of Jase from jerk to loving, doting guy seemed a bit of a stretch near the end, but I can believe that happiness could do that to a guy. I enjoyed the story. 3.5 stars… (meer)
