This book is hard to obtain, but if you can, please do (try the Ministry of Defense Publishing in Israel)! This book provides a great background on Rambam's feelings on what true faith really is (I won't give away the details). This book will help clarify the concepts discussed in Rambam's Shemonah Perakim and Moreh Nevuchim.

Yeshayahu Leibowitz doesn't hold back in this book providing his perspectives on Eretz Yisrael, Torah, rewards and punishment (Lishmah), origins of antisemitism, fallacy of the term Judaeo-Christian values, etc. This is a must read for anyone interested in understanding one of the greatest Orthodox Jewish thinkers in the last century.

Yoke of Heaven is based on the weekly radio addresses that Yeshayahu Leibowitz had in Israel that were compiled in book form. The Torah comments are based from a "lishmah" perspective, i.e., doing the mitzvot for their own sake, without any expectation of additional rewards. They are a fresh look at the weekly Torah Parasha.
