Does the story leave questions in the readers mind? Many. How to fix the mail being stuck in archives. In the Calander - what does it always want to set times at the 00:15 instead of the 00:00? What do Kern, Ligatures, and all those other terms in Pages mean? Virtually no coverage of VoiceOver. Not even a link to a step by step guide or a dictionary of the undefined terms used in the VoiceOver training.

Notes for the reader: Although a few visual impairment programs are noted, there are no real instructions on how to use them. Also, the font is microscopic, so people over the age of 30 likely need someone to read the paragraphs to them. They can see the headlines, not the paragraphs.
