Lewis and Lee pull no punches in delineating the inadequacies of the industrial-age business model and practices. But they don’t stop there. They provide a new way to think about business and how to conduct it. Bob Lewis is ... well, Bob Lewis. His wisdom cuts through all the management speak and gets to the nuts and bolts of managing. Many times his writing has caused "ah-ha" moments. He elevates what should have been obvious but often gets lost in the shuffle of getting work done. I highly recommend this book.
