It's worth the short time it takes to read, but I found that too much of that was dedicated to case studies involving a few executives at three companies. She does make the connection between speaking and leadership, and I found useful content about that. Excerpt quote from Roy Bostock, p.63: "I had done a lot of speaking but had really never thought about what I was doing. I just kind of stood up and started talking; and, as most of us do when we're young, aggressive and successful, we think everybody's listening to everything we say and it's wonderful. Then one day I woke up and found myself very nervous standing in front of people.
