O'Keeffe and Adams were contemporary modern American Artists. Both knew each other and were promoted by Steiglitz, O'Keeffe's husband. I enjoyed the book and it helped understand both.
Fine coffee table book, from which I learned a great deal about life here in New Mexico during it's time with O'Keeffe. Pictures were many, varied and beautiful. A fun read.
Organized around a 2004 exhibition at the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, the book displays a photograph of each painting taken from the perspective of the artist. This book is used in the Georgia O'Keeffe tour at Ghost Ranch
it was great to compare photo and painting as the other reviewers said.
