I wanted to brush up and be reminded of the Irish legends that I had learned in school. This book was just perfect for that and is an excellent children’s book.

Quite interesting account of all that is known about one of the most successful of Priors of the Knights Hospitalers in Kilmainham. Short, it describes what he achieved and speculates on his background using the available evidence.

Based on a thesis this is really for academics rather than the casual reader.
