It was easy for someone to make a connection to this book if they have a dog or know whats it's like to have a dog. Throughout the story it continually showed what a dog goes through throughout a whole day. I love dogs, and have two of my own so this story was extremely cute to me. One thing I did not enjoy as much on this story is the repetition. I found it hard for me to stay 100 percent focused on the story because of it. I think I would have enjoyed the story a bit more if there was more of a plot between the dog and what he or she does during a whole day. Overall, this was a cute book.… (meer)

The mother and baby dance together singing 'Let's go, baby-o, you and me...Look out the window, What can you see?' Where the baby tells us something that it saw out the window.

A book of rhyme & repetition, movement, and observation. Young children will want to join in both dancing and singing. The illustrations of the view out the window will encourage the readers into discussing the many little sub stories happening out the window. The illustrator has used a soft pallet of water colour paints with ink outlines, giving an inviting and cool spring feeling.
