The Littles and the Missing Cat is a picture book based off the ABC- TV Saturday morning series. The adorable story is about the interaction between Henry Bigg and the Little Family. The illustrator conveys the Little Family as small people who live within the walls of Henry Bigg’s home. The bright colors and rough textured lines help the readers eyes gaze across the page. The illustrator creates a world for the Littles made up of human objects including a stamp for a photo, a ruler for the table, a sea shell for a chair and cat hair for their rug. Aside from the intriguing plot line, readers are captivated by the illustrations of the Little’s home.
