Good book with good insight into the workings of the NHL and in particular the Maple Leafs in the 40's and 50's. Howie Meeker had an adventurous life. I would have liked to learn more about his opinions about the NHL of the 40's and 50's and how it evolved through expansion up to the present (1996).
