Marla Meyers

A couple (Wendy and Sean) and their new baby (Cora) move into a 100-year-old farmhouse in Texas so Sean can write full time (he is a novelist). Soon after they move into their new home Wendy feels that there are two ghosts in her house, which sometime make threats to her, move furniture, whisper in her ear, etc. (Wendy is very intuitive.) Wendy wonders what they want, is it baby Cora? She tells Sean, who doesn't believe her and thinks she's going crazy. Wendy meets up with her friend in town (Dottie, who's sort of a 70's-loving flower child who understands and believes in these kind of things). With Dottie, and eventually Sean's help, Wendy tries to rid her home of these ghosts...

This was a really fun and captivating read. I liked getting the viewpoints of the ghosts and what they were thinking and plotting, too.
