I'm not sure why, but I don't seem to use this one very much. It wasn't until I was verifying the catalog information that I even noticed that it was signed.

It's a beautiful book with lots of pictures inside, which probably keeps putting me off since most of the books I've seen with lots of pictures have not been very good on the cooking side.

I'm sure if I just bothered to plan ahead and find a recipe that I was going to make, shop for it (which is how I usually handle recipes) I'd have a better feel for the book. The title keeps luring me into thinking that I can just pull it out and I will magically have everything that's called for. This isn't likely in my kitchen for even the simplest recipes in most books.… (meer)
